We want you to love your sleep, which is why we offer a 365-night trial and risk-free returns on all Nectar products. If you are not completely satisfied, we will work with you to make it right or provide a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated Resident Experience team via chat or email after your mandatory 30-night break-in period to start the return process.
- 2.Verification & Approval
Provide your order number and photos of the product to confirm it is in a donatable condition and free of stains or structural damage.
- 3.Scheduled Pickup
We will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up your mattress at no additional cost to you, avoiding the hassle of shipping.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once we receive confirmation of the pickup or donation, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
