How long is the Nectar Sleep trial period?
We offer a 365-night Home Trial, giving you a full year to decide if Nectar is right for you. If you don't love it, we'll pick it up and provide a full refund.
What does the Forever Warranty™ cover?
Our Forever Warranty™ covers defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own the mattress. We stand by our quality for a lifetime.
How is the mattress shipped and delivered?
Your mattress is compressed, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in a manageable box directly to your door for free via FedEx or UPS.
Do I need to flip my Nectar mattress?
No, Nectar mattresses are designed with a specific multi-layer construction and should not be flipped. We recommend rotating it 180 degrees every 6 months.
Can I use my existing bed frame or foundation?
Yes, Nectar works on most frames, including box springs, divans, slatted bases, and adjustable bases, provided they are in good condition and offer proper support.
Are Nectar mattresses CertiPUR-US® certified?
Yes, all our foams meet CertiPUR-US® standards for content, emissions, and durability, and are made without harmful chemicals like formaldehyde or heavy metals.
